At Fontanille Scop, training is much more than an obligation: it's an act of transmission, a strong commitment to our unique and emblematic domestic know-how. Thanks to Maya Campus, a group of people has been able to discover our SCOP's works, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on immersion in the field.
FROM THEORY TO PRACTISE
In the factory, theoretical training is not confined to the classroom: it is enriched directly in the workshop, alongside our expert and their machines. We learn not only a work, but also a way of being, that of a SCOP, and above all of working together.
At Fontanille Scop, each apprentice is welcomed, guided and supported by an experienced tutor. Our members share their daily lives, their technical skills and their expertise. It is a concrete, human and above all essential handover.
A GENERATIONAL CHALLENGE FOR A MOTIVATED NEXT GENERATION !
We are facing a large number of retirements in the coming years. It's a challenge, but it's also a unique opportunity to renew, pass on and open the doors to transmit our emblematic know-how.
