Today, Fontanille Scop is the leader in design and manufacturing of garters for compression stockings in the medical support industry. We produce liquid silicone-coated garters for this market.

We are vertically integrated, which means we control the entire production chain (from yarn warping to coating) as well as the traceability.

Our expertise in coating is a strength and allows us to meet the needs of the medical market actors. For silicone coating, a multitude of patterns or designs are possible. We have a wide range of silicones: one component, two-component, three-component and tacky silicone. We choose the right silicone for the right application.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Fontanille Scop offers a wide variety of ribbons produced on weaving or knitting looms according to the desired structure of the band.

We then dye and finally coat the elastic bands with liquid silicone.

Application

Through its efforts in research and development, Fontanille Scop has developed laces and self-supporting elastic bands for medical support stockings. With more technical products, we are taking into account and responding to the specific needs of the medical market.
