SCOP is by definition a cooperative and participatory society. It allows employees to become full partners in both management and interests of our SCOP.
The transformation of our company (SA) into a cooperative society (SCOP) depicts our desire to put employees back at the heart of the activity.
With the primary aim of restoring the values of fairness, transparency, democracy, solidarity and responsibility that are at the heart of our aspirations!
Our ambition is therefore simple: to be a SCOP that works and endures over time at the service of our clients and our growth (regional and global!)

SAVE AN EMBLEMATIC KNOW-HOW OF OUR DEPARTMENT!
By becoming Fontanille Scop, we managed to preserve our unique heritage, particularly in the manufacture of bobbin lace, typical of our Altigerian territory!
Saving our know-how is also about making it known! So we wanted to share it, reveal a bit of our secrets and especially to make them known to the general public.
That’s why since 2024, we have the chance to be part of the "Route des Savoir-Faire de Haute-Loire", where you will have the chance to discover the hidden talents of lace spinning (so emblematic of our territory!) and other specialized textiles for fashion, health but also the industry.

AMBITIONS EVEN STRONGER!
Like any company, we have ambitions of growth and profitability and adopt the codes of the market economy: to be efficient, competitive and profitable in our activity of manufacturing elastic bands and silicone fasteners.
To date, we work for four major sectors: medical, fashion, lingerie and industry.
Our ambition is to strive for excellence by being innovative, reliable, strong in proposal and by accompanying our clients in the completion of their projects !
